6 Wk Pre-Season Speed, Strength, and Agility Camp

Speed, Strength & Agility Pre-Season Camp Former NFL player and Team 85 Fitness and Wellness club owner Kevin Johnson will lead as head instructor for Train Like The Pros’ Speed, Strength and Agility (SSA) Pre-Season camp.
The objective of the Pre-Season SSA camp is to help athletes ages 13 -18 of all athletic abilities prepare for their upcoming Fall season by improving overall foot speed and quickness, core strength, overall agility and athleticism. The athletes will be taught proper techniques of training that will benefit their conditioning and performance.
The SSA camp is a 6week 36-hour training program, designed to help athletes get quicker, increase their strength and agility, and most importantly get faster while improving their conditioning for the upcoming season.
Beginning July 17 – August 21st
Kevin is a retired NFL athlete whose vision is to bring fitness excellence to the greater Mercer and Burlington county area. Kevin’s experience as a professional NFL athlete and exposure to rehabilitation, integrated and preventative medical/fitness procedures was the blueprint for K. Johnson Enterprises and Team Campus Bordentown.
