About Shaolin 3 Warriors San Da

Shaolin 3 Warriors San Da is a martial arts training academy led by professionally trained instructors with over 42 years of combined martial arts experience. Using progressive teaching methods and a lineage that can be traced back to China, the fighting systems are effective and designed to improve the physical and mental conditioning of its practitioners. The specific martial arts training that Shaolin 3 Warriors San Da is bringing to Team85 is rare on the east coast.

About Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

MMA is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It is a full contact combat sport that uses a broad range of fighting technique such as Chinese wresting and Chinese kickboxing. We offer classes for adults ages 16+ and kids ages 10-15 years old.

About Kung Fu

Our Shaolin System, known as the Five Family/Five Animal system, originated strictly as a fighting art used to battle the China Dynasty Rulers. We teach a combination of physical and internal power. The style is often used in Chinese military training and for fighting multiple opponents.
