SPORTS TRAINING

How you practice outside of the game determines how you will perform during game time. Our elite sports training program is for athletes of all levels. For young players we offer skill development courses and for our competitive players we offer level based training designed to help you get to the top of your game.

YOUTH SPORT CAMPS

(Developmental programs ages 2-6):

Team85 youth sport camps and clinics are multi-sport skill development programs designed for youth interested in building their foundation knowledge of a chosen sport. Our sport camps and clinics allow young players to learn the process of of building great student-athletes. They develop positive associations with that process because our campers leave with new friends, skills and confidence. Camps are designed to balance skill development training with game play. We currently offer seasonal sport specific clinics for football, basketball, soccer, baseball/softball. Individuals and teams are also able to build customized and private training packages year round.

(Competitive training ages 10-18):

Train Like the Pros (TLP) is a multi-sport performance fitness training program committed to helping good student-athletes transform into great ones and great student-athletes to elite ones. TLP is led by professional athletes and coaches that are committed to sharing the technique and knowledge necessary to compete at a varsity level. The combined coaching efforts of Kevin Johnson,  retired NFL player, and our performance staff, makes TLP the most effective and dynamic platform for young athletes to maximize their skills. We know what it takes to develop NEXT LEVEL athletes and we are eager to provide you with that experience.

ADULT SPORTS TRAINING

Today is a great day to become a better athlete. Our experts will design a program to help you accomplish your individual goals or direct you to the best small group workout that will help you get there. Sports training is available for adults at all ages and ability. Training include skill specific conditioning, mental conditioning and body management (Ask about our spa recovery packages).
