With Team85 offering over 100 fitness classes a week taught by the best instructors in the area, we are confident you will be able to find the perfect combination of fun and fitness! Cardio Classes are taught in our state-of-the-art studios and are held in both the morning and evening hours.
Team 85 Cardio Classes get your heart pumping and muscles moving. Our instructors will challenge you with a mix of intensity and dynamic motions. Our classes encourage members of all fitness levels to participate in a program that inspires fun with like-minded fitness enthusiasts.
ZUMBA
It’s a Fun Fitness Dance Party!!! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness Classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Les Mills BODY COMBAT
BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class. No experience is needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

MyZone Heart Rate Bands Required for this Cardio Strength Circuit Program.
This Heart Rate Based HIIT workout allows participants to best judge personal effort as the class moves through High-Intensity Interval Training challenges designed to burn calories, increase cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle mass.



Team Bootcamp
Join me for a high-intensity, total body workout that will combine a variety of bodyweight exercises, dumbbell work, plyometrics, and total body strength training. The intermittent cardio is a bonus! Bring water and a towel to class. ALL Levels Welcome!


H.I.I.T
A high-intensity interval training class for our more athletic class participants is sure to push you beyond the comfort zone. Plyometrics and full-body strength are the perfect combinations to create lean muscle mass and improve overall endurance. Bring a positive attitude and willingness to tackle a challenge regardless of where you begin in this fitness journey.




Team Cardio Strength
Come in, get fit, and have fun with this cardio strength and tone program. These cardio classes focus on several pillars of health and wellness at once. Cardio sections will keep your heart pumping and your lungs working as you build heat and burn calories while strengthening sections will focus on building lean muscle mass in all major muscle groups through the utilization of weights, bands, body resistance, and more! Sweat! Smiles! Success!




Cycle
We offer a variety of cycling classes to meet the needs and abilities of our members. Focused Fusion gives you everything you love about cycling with HITT (High-Intensity Interval Training). HIIT is a cycle class for all levels since each person is taught to judge what their own High Intensity is. Easy Rider is designed with both newer and gentler riders in mind. This Cycling class helps introduce riders to the structure and exertion of Team Cycle. All our classes offer Great Music, Fun Visuals, and Challenging “virtual” Terrains!


Team Step
Team Step allows for a total body workout maximizing your time and your results. Our class alternates step cardio combinations with intervals to get your heart pumping. Modifications and progressions are always offered to ensure you get the very most out of your time in class!




Pound Fit
Channel your inner Rockstar! Instead of just listening to music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio and conditioning with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and appeals to all ages and abilities.
