      • Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. A typical Pilates workout tends to be 45 minutes to an hour long, Sonja Herbert, a Pilates instructor and founder of Black Girl Pilates, tells SELF.
      • You can do Pilates Classes with or without equipment
      • Expect the moves to involve slow, precise movements and breath control.
      • Pilates Classes target your core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.
      • These moves do not necessarily concentrate on a specific body part or muscle group, with the goal to engage the full body during workout.
      • Pilates Classes help improve things like balance, stability, and mobility.

GREAT CHILDCARE, great staff (so welcoming when you walk in), high quality machines except they NEED MORE CABLE MACHINES (took one star off for this). I always have to wait so long for access even not at peek times.
