Stretch classes, as the name suggests, are all about setting aside dedicated time to stretch your muscles. – SELF
- Stretch Classes help in more ways than simply improving flexibility.
- When our muscles are tight, it’s harder for us to perform exercises correctly.
- A proper stretching routine over time will increase your range of motion.
- Stretching increases oxygenation in muscles and heats mass to allow for better, safer moves while working out.
- A good 15 – 20 stretch session is recommended before AND after each time you exercise.
- Stretch Classes help prevent injuries and manage pain.
