It’s never too early or too late to develop or sharpen your swim skills. We offer a wide range of aquatics programs and swim opportunities year round for children as young as three months old through adults. Our core purpose is to teach water safety, proper swimming technique and to foster a fun swim environment for recreational swimmers. Swim lessons are open to non-Members. All non-Members must call or stop by our club to register.

AQUA HYDRO POWER

HydroPower offers all the benefits of a high-powered land workout without the wear and tear on your body. High intensity pushes meet low impact water based exercises in this dynamic aquatics class. Good for all ages and ability level as the intensity of the class is determined by how hard you push through the water. All the gain, none of the pain. This isn’t your grandma’s aqua class, but grandmas are certainly welcomed!

AQUA CARDIO TONE

Aqua Cardio Tone is a cardio strength class that gives you a total body burn while staying cool in the pool. Using water resistance and adding foam barbells, kick-boards, and pool noodles, Aqua Cardio Tone sculpts and strengthens every major muscle group. The water buoyancy is gentle on the joints, while cardio blasts add to interest and enjoyment. Jump in!!! You’ll be happy you did!!

AQUA ARTHRITIS

This targeted class is held in the warm water splash pool and uses a variety of water-based exercises to increase physical activity among adults with arthritis. The focus is to increases, range of motion, muscle strength, increase endurance, and improve day to day function of your joints.
