Experience:
With over 12 years in the fitness industry, Michael started his professional training career in New York City. His athletic career began at a young age, playing sports and participating in martial arts. Eventually, he competed at the collegiate level for Track and Field at RPI, and has organized experience in Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, and Hockey, as well as Boxing, and Capoeira. Michael has worked with the extremes and everything in between—teenagers looking to be active, collegiate athletes vying for a spot on the team, individuals looking to recover from injury or surgery, and those looking to build and maintain a steady, attainable, and healthy routine. Michael also has a background in Architecture and design, and brings his skills he used at the office into the world of training.
Fitness Approach:
In fitness, as in life, one needs balance, flexibility, and understanding. Strength, speed, and power will come if we are able to prioritize training the core, maintaining flexibility to avoid injury, and ever-expanding our knowledge base to stay current and informed.
