Southern Shaolin Five Family Five Animal Kung Fu
This traditional Southern Chinese boxing style integrates techniques from five prominent martial arts families, emphasizing the movements and characteristics of five animals: Tiger, Dragon, Leopard, Snake, and Crane. Training in this system enhances strength, agility, and strategic thinking.
Hung Gar Kuen
Known for its deep stances and powerful hand techniques, Hung Gar Kuen is a Southern Chinese martial art that focuses on building endurance, muscular strength, and internal energy. Practitioners develop resilience and discipline through rigorous training routines.


San Da (Chinese Kickboxing)
San Da combines full-contact kickboxing with wrestling techniques, including punches, kicks, throws, and sweeps. Originally developed by the Chinese military, this modern combat sport improves reflexes, coordination, and combat skills in a dynamic environment.
