Our Youth Fitness & Wellness Classes
Sports & FUN (Ages 4-10 & 5-8)
A high-energy class where kids run, jump, and play while building strength, agility, speed and endurance. This class combines:
- Sports-inspired drills
- Plyometrics and functional training
- Classic gym games
Perfect for young athletes who want to move, compete, and have fun in a supportive environment.
Tumble Tots / Junior Gym (Ages 4-7)
This class introduces children to beginner tumbling and movement skills through:
- Simple tumbling routines
- Balance and coordination exercises
- Music-based movement and games
Designed to help kids learn basic skills in a safe, playful, and confidence-boosting environment while making new friends.
Kids Yoga (Ages 4-10)
An imaginative and calming class that guides children through playful yoga adventures. Kids explore breathing, poses, and mindfulness through storytelling and creativity.

A perfect balance for kids who need both movement and calm.
Kids Dance
This upbeat class helps kids express themselves through movement while developing:

Class Schedule
Team Y.E.S Kids classes are offered multiple days per week with sessions in:
- Sports & FUN
- Tumble Tots / Junior Gym
- Kids Yoga
- Kids Dance
Schedules are organized by day, time, age group, instructor, and studio location, and are subject to change seasonally.

Registration & Policies
To ensure safety and quality, we follow these policies:
- Children must meet age requirements for each class
- Children must be registered under their own name
- Registration is available via the Team 85 app or by calling the front desk
- Registration opens 48 hours before class and closes 1 hour before class
- Class size is limited to 10 children
- A minimum of 2 children is required to run a class
- Children must be Team 85 members to participate
- Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at class location
- Parents must sign children in and out with the instructor
