Spring Into Action: What’s Happening at Team85 this April!

Welcome to your April 2026 update! Spring has officially arrived, and we are blooming with new classes, exciting challenges, and special events to keep your fitness journey fresh and motivated.

Here is everything you need to know for the month ahead.


🔥 New Feature: Body Pump Heavy is HERE

Ready to take your strength training to the next level? Join us for our new Body Pump Heavy sessions:

  • Every Friday morning at 6:15 am (Studio 1)
  • Pop-Up Class: Saturday, 4/4 at 10:30 am
  • Pop-Up Class: Wednesday, 4/22 at 4:30 pm

💪 Spring Into Strong: The 4-Week Challenge

Kick off the new Les Mills release with a commitment to yourself.

  • How it works: Register and attend one official Les Mills launch class (BodyPump, BodyStep, or Core). After your launch, complete 9 additional classes over the next 4 weeks.
  • The Reward: Finish all 10 classes to qualify for exclusive prizes and ultimate bragging rights!

It sounds like the table might be causing formatting issues on your WordPress site or whatever platform you’re using. Tables can sometimes break on mobile or look messy if the CSS isn’t just right.

Let’s switch to a clean, bulleted list format instead. This is much more “blog-friendly,” easier for users to read on their phones, and won’t break your layout.
