Team Boot Camp Classes

Cardio classes that combine strength training. FAST,  this is a fun cardio class that requires no prior experience.

 
Meeting in the Field House, Bootcamp is a high intensity, total body workout that is as interesting and engaging as it is effective. 
 
Combining a vast variety of strength training work from body weight to hand weights, kettlebells to battle-ropes, and TRX training to sled work, bootcamp strength leaves no muscle group untouched. High Intensity Intervals allow intermittent cardio vascular work to be fast, focused, and fierce.
 
With your muscles engaged, your heart pumping, and the comradery of the Bootcamp class structure, our Field House Bootcamp classes allow you to get in, get done, and all while you are having fun. Be sure to bring water and a towel to class, you will need them!

The game starts with the vision of our Leader and CEO Kevin Johnson, a retired NFL wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns. He learned from firsthand experience that quality equipment and training has significant impact on performance, and separates good athletes from great ones. Outside of the NFL, these two fundamental ingredients retain their importance and can help people of all fitness levels accomplish their health and wellness goals.
