Cardio classes that combine strength training. FAST, this is a fun cardio class that requires no prior experience.
Meeting in the Field House, Bootcamp is a high intensity, total body workout that is as interesting and engaging as it is effective.
Combining a vast variety of strength training work from body weight to hand weights, kettlebells to battle-ropes, and TRX training to sled work, bootcamp strength leaves no muscle group untouched. High Intensity Intervals allow intermittent cardio vascular work to be fast, focused, and fierce.
With your muscles engaged, your heart pumping, and the comradery of the Bootcamp class structure, our Field House Bootcamp classes allow you to get in, get done, and all while you are having fun. Be sure to bring water and a towel to class, you will need them!
