Team Cardio Strength Classes are freestyle based fitness classes well balanced to include cardio, strength, fitness fun.
Weights, bands, balls, body resistance, and other strength equipment are intentionally sequenced and paired with heart rate-rising, calorie-torching, and cardiovascular work so you can get in, and get it done! These total body workouts range from steady-state cardio sculpting classes to high-intensity interval training or circuit formats. When you pair strength training with cardio work you get the best of both worlds: a high-calorie burning cardiovascular workout and total body sculpting strength.
